Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

$30.00 - $60.00 Per Hour Flat Rate (Depending on Experience)

The Role : A-Level Technician (Diagnostic Specialist)

What You'll Be Doing :

Cracking the code on tricky diagnostic issues (we're looking at you, mystery check engine light)

Performing repairs on a variety of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

Collaborating with a team of solid techs and a proactive manager

What You Won't Be Doing :

Rebuilding transmissions — not part of the gig

Punching the clock — this is a flat-rate position with performance-based earning

Can diagnose with precision and repair with confidence

Bring at least 6+ years of professional experience to the table

Compensation :

Flat Rate : $30–$60 / hr, with a profit-sharing model that rewards high performers (depending on experience, what are you bringing to the table?)
