A fast-growing manufacturer in the food industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a high-volume Ready-to-Eat (RTE) facility . This role will oversee maintenance technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support production uptime.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and schedule maintenance technicians in a 24 / 5 or 24 / 7 production environment
Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime
Support plant leadership on capital projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement
Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance (USDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMPs)
Partner with Production, Sanitation, Safety and Quality teams to optimize processes
Ensure proper machine reliability for slicers, grinders, packaging & RTE equipment
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor in food or beverage manufacturing
Strong experience with production equipment (preferably RTE / meat processing )
Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and OSHA standards
Ability to lead teams, train technicians, and drive accountability
Mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting a plus
