Job Description:
JOB TASK: WORKER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRICAL PARTS OF THE
WELDING MACHINES, AND DESINGATED FACILITIES.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: PERFORMS REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRICAL PARTS (ROBOT HANDS, ROBOT CONTROLS, POWER CONTROLS, POWER SUPPLIES) OF THE WELDING MACHINES; PERFORMS REPAIRS OF THE FACILITIES EXCEPT E-PLUS (PAINTING ROOM).
Repair the electrical parts of the welding machines
Frequent tasks
• Standing, walking, bending and stooping
• Reach/handle from floor to waist level
• Grasping, lifting, carrying averagely 30-50 lbs, may go up to 200-300 lbs (power
suoolies) once in a week or so.
Building maintenance except e-plus area
• Plumbing
• Electric wires and light fixtures
• Roofing
• Use of variety of hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment Occasional task
• Standing and walking
• Weight handled- from 5-50 lbs most of time
• Reach/handle activities at floor, knee, waist, chest and overhead levels
• Requires staying in different postures (kneeling, crawling, climbing, stooping, crouching) from 5-20 minutes at a time
(can take breaks if needed)
