Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing actionable recommendations and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in tax compliance and management

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance-related field and an active CPA license

Substantial experience with California tax law

Fluency with modern cloud accounting and tax software, including Karbon and Lacerte

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
