Key Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and develop staff while monitoring team performance against goals
Act as a technical resource and provide guidance to Premium Audit staff
Execute operations and premium audit strategies, policies, and workflow processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree
Seven years of Premium Audit experience, including multiple types of property and casualty commercial lines policies
One year of experience leading people
Completion of APA 91 and 92
High school diploma / GED
