Job Description

PURPOSE :

Responsible for understanding and interpreting Plant financial information and analysis, including actuals, plans, forecasts, and capital analysis. Take lead role in forecasting, planning, and project analysis. Assist with monthly closing, preparation of financial reports to Corporate and Division.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Analysis and forecasting of financial results :

• Responsible for understanding and interpreting financial info, including daily, weekly, and monthly actuals, plans, forecasts
• Take primary responsibility for forecasting, working with the Plant Controller, GM and Executive Team to understand and quantify business issues and their impact on future results.
• Prepare and Update forecast files.
• Support Plant management and PCC reporting processes by providing input to, and helping to ensure the integrity of, financial reports and analysis, and by promptly disclosing issues and exposures.

Preparation and analysis of standard PCC Financial Reports :

Key role in general and cost accounting processes

Investment / decision support analysis :

SPECIAL SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 11 paid holidays.
