3rd Shift Machine Attendant I

Hours: MondayFriday (hours provided matched 1st shift please confirm actual 3rd shift times)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr + 10% shift differential
Position Summary
The Machine Attendant I is responsible for monitoring one or more workstations at production machines to ensure proper handling, packaging, inspection, and quality of parts. This role supports safe and efficient production operations while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with customer quality expectations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Remove product from the machine; trim or clip parts as required
- Package, weigh, and label products according to production specifications
- Inspect all parts produced at the machine to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use gauge pins or other measuring tools to verify dimensions against customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation
- Report any quality issues immediately to the Shift Supervisor
- Provide clear communication and training to the next shift as needed
Experience
- Entry-level; full training provided
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand Work Orders and Operator Responsibility Sheets
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Basic measuring skills
