The Corey Benson Insurance Agency, Inc. is looking for a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our in-office team in Salem, Oregon. Were a forward-thinking, efficient, and customer-focused Farmers agency that believes in doing things right, not just fast.
As a Producer, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You'll manage leads, quote and bind new policies, and cross-sell coverage to existing clients while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer service. Our systems and training are designed to make your workflow smooth, organized, and rewarding.
We're looking for someone who is :
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required)
- Positive, self-driven, and coachable - eager to grow and learn
- Comfortable using modern systems and efficient processes
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and communication skills
What We Offer :

Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and contacting potential clients.Quote, present, and bind personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, etc.).Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities within the agency.Maintain accurate records in our management and CRM systems.Provide professional, responsive, and thorough customer service.Stay organized and efficient using the agencys established systems and best practices.Participate in training, team meetings, and coaching sessions for continued growth.Contribute positively to a collaborative, forward-thinking office environment.It is important to note : The first 90 days of this position is a probationary period.
Requirements
