What A Day in the Life Looks Like

A Termite Sales Manager will recruit, lead a team, and lead by example to meet with homeowners and use a consultative approach to help them understand their Termite Protection Plan options.

• Complete termite inspections from leads provided
• Train, develop and motivate a team through daily and weekly sales meetings
• Discover Needs / Create Value / Close the Sale / Refine the Approach / Repeat
• Knock the doors of neighbors to schedule additional inspections as needed
