Who you are

To advance Understood's mission and measure our impact, we are hiring a Senior Analyst, reporting to the Associate Director of Analytics. This role will work closely with the product, marketing, and content teams to analyze data and turn it into clear and useful insights.. You will gather, clean, and analyze data with a focus on helping us deepen our understanding of user engagement and retention. You will be measuring the impact of key initiatives, designing and measuring experiments for new features, and assessing the potential value and impact of new opportunities.

You are curious, passionate about data, and able to answer "the why" behind the numbers. You combine business knowledge with analytical techniques to generate insights, and you dig deep to uncover opportunities the team did not know existed, helping us focus on the areas with the greatest potential for impact.
