• ED Utilization Review experience.
• Conducting patient initial assessments.
• Acute care hospital experience.
• EPIC EMR documentation experience.

Description :

Seeking an RN Case Manager with strong experience in acute care hospital settings.

The candidate must have recent emergency department discharge planning experience.

Experience in ED Utilization Review is required.

Candidates should be skilled in conducting patient initial assessments.

Familiarity with EPIC EMR documentation is essential.

This position offers 40 hours of guaranteed work per week with no weekend shifts.
