California Licensed In-House Counsel

A company is looking for an In-House Litigation Counsel with Labor & Employment Experience (contract).

Key Responsibilities

Handle in-house legal compliance audits with HR and / or recruiting teams

Assist in overseeing strategy and defense of labor & employment litigation matters in California state and federal courts

Manage outside counsel related to existing litigation

Required Qualifications

At least eight years of litigation experience, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred

Experience handling in-house legal compliance audits with HR and / or recruiting teams

Experience managing and litigating labor & employment cases

Handling labor & employment matters in California is strongly preferred

J.D. from an accredited, preferably top-tier, law school
