Cell Culture Scientist (Upper Providence)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare mammalian cell cultures, including cancer cell lines and iPSC-derived cells.
• Prepare reagents for cell culture and assay execution, both manual and automated.
• Execute wet-lab protocols involving high-content imaging and plate readers.
• Operate automated liquid handling systems (e.g., plate washers, dispensers).
• Support assay development and optimization.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in drafting SOPs, Risk Assessments, and best practice documentation.
