General Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead our Savannah office and drive continued operational and sales excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business - including sales performance, client retention, operational execution, financial management, and team development.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both sales and operations, a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, and the strategic mindset needed to guide a growing office. This leader will champion our culture, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and position the location for sustained growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership across both sales and operations departments.
- Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Executives / Managers, Account Managers / FSMs, and Independent Contractors.
- Help create and execute sales strategies that drive new business, improve per-capita performance, and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Improve operational efficiency to increase client satisfaction, retention, KPIs, and NPS scores.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and new starts of contracts.
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and monthly reporting to ensure budget achievement and maximize profitability.
- Set expectations, establish clear goals, inspect what you expect, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety regulations are followed at all levels.
