Job description

A company is looking for a VP of Global Customer Success to lead the customer success organization globally and ensure effective product adoption and high renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global customer support and ensure achievement of adoption, revenue growth, retention, and renewal goals

Develop strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction while managing escalations

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences and account growth

Required Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise-level customer success experience at a SaaS company

10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management leading a global organization

Proven track record of achieving adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals

Strong analytical and data-driven focus with a solution-oriented mindset

BA / BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
