Pay Rate : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing :
Performing service / maintenance, and repair on commercial and light industrial heating / cooling, and ventilation systemsBoilers, chillers, pumps, AC, Rooftop, split system, and water sourced heat pumps etc.Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkersReporting to TRYG service manager / supervisorProviding outstanding service to our customerQualifications / Skills :
Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordEPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License5 + years of HVAC service experienceLow Voltage LicenseExperienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of commercial and light industrial equipmentWork form 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladderRead and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsUnderstand and communicate benefits of preventative / annual maintenanceAdvanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkersOperate scissors and genie lifts in safe mannerFamiliar with air balancing principles and techniquesMust be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desiredHigh school diploma or equivalentCheck us out online :
