Educate patient and / or family about preventive care, medical issues, diagnosis, and use of prescribed medical treatments and / or medications. - Compensation : $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 plus negotiable sign-on bonus stating at $20,000. Additional incentives include $25 per visit after 21 patients seen
