Insurance Education Specialist

A company is looking for an Insurance Education & Eligibility Specialist responsible for developing advanced insurance education content to improve processes and accuracy within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-level educational materials and workflow guidance for operational improvement

Analyze complex data to identify systemic issues and create actionable training resources

Support teams across the organization in enhancing processes and ensuring proper reimbursement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of four (4) years of professional healthcare experience

Strong background in healthcare revenue cycle and insurance verification preferred

Experience in a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
