Pay: $74,880 – $79,040 per year

Immediate need for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at an on-site facility in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills who takes ownership of their work and can operate independently.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems

• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs

• Handle lighting repairs, minor plumbing, basic carpentry, and general maintenance

• Complete monthly PMs and document work

• Coordinate with vendors when needed

• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

• Follow all safety procedures and local code requirements

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience

• Strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• EPA Universal

• Valid licenses as required by jurisdiction

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work on ladders up to 30 ft., and work in hot/cold conditions

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Preferred

• Trade school or associate degree in HVAC or related field

• Experience with DDC or electromechanical controls

• Ability to read wiring schematics

• Strong customer service and communication skills
