• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

\n\n

Preferred Skills / Experience : Prior critical access / Rural experience highly preferred.

\n\n

Required Credentials : Associate’s Degree or Certificate

\n\n

Unit / Facility Details : Peds patients would typically be an occasional pediatric surgical patient (may be ENT or ortho cases)

\n\n

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend and every other Holiday.

\n\n

Floating Requirements : Float : To alike units within skillset. Float to other Aspirus locations with 40 mile radius. Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Floating can and will be pre-scheduled if needed.

9 days maximum time off

\n\n

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

\n\n

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

\n\n
