Job descriptionBilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both spoken and written communication). Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required —we provide training! Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Spanish-speaking Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service , ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English , explaining financing options, vehicle features, and dealership services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to complete sales transactions.
- Previous experience preferred.
