Position Description

Gruve is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices, with the ability to align security solutions with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is protected against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Security Architecture Development : Develop, document, and maintain security architecture ensuring the alignment with business objectives.
• Strategic Leadership and Planning : Strategic technology leadership and planning in collaboration with leadership with a willingness to learn about evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Cybersecurity Design and Implementation : Cybersecurity design solutions and implementation for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments including but not limited to zero trust, NAC solution, SASE, cloud security, emerging AI-based security solutions, firewalls SIEM, and XDR.
• Research and Innovation : Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity technologies with AI and trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance the organizations security posture.
• SecOps Collaboration : Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to improve threat detection and response capabilities.
• Collaboration with Leadership : Partner with executives, sales, presales, IT teams, and business leaders to align security strategies with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Partnership : Lead cross-functional teams and verticals during major projects or security implementations.
• Team mentorship and Development : Guide and mentor security engineers and other team members in implementing secure solutions.
