Base pay range

$100.00 / hr - $115.80 / hr

Payrate : $100.00 - $115.80 / hr.

Summary :

Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business. Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals. Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity. Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development, and comprehensive documentation for all solutions. Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Integrating with distribution partners
  • Understanding documentation and recommending correct solutions
  • Ensuring integrations work with existing systems
  • Team is expanding Global GTM strategy - working with multiple distributors

Education / Experience :

  • B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar discipline).
  • 8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations.

    • Must-Have Skills :

  • B2B Enterprise Architecture Experience - Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, SQL
  • Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Global GTM strategy

    • Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $100.00 - $115.80 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
