• One-on-one training and mentorship\nRegistered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities : \n
• Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient's needs\n
• Conduct home visits in designated geographic territories\n
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures\n
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager\n
• Execute and document doctors' orders accurately\n
• Perform client assessments and case management\n
• Utilize a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation\nQualifications : \n
• Current RN license in Maryland\n
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical / surgical) experience\n
• Home care experience preferred but not required\n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program\n
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\n
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills\n
