What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior service agencies, and community partners
Identify new referral sources and generate leads for assisted living and skilled nursing admissions
Plan and execute outreach strategies and events—such as harvest festivals, caregiver brunches, and health fairs
Track referral activity, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet goals
Represent Kingston at local events, networking meetings, and health expos
Partner with admissions and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Established relationships within the local healthcare or senior service community a plus
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with authentic communication style
Strong event planning and campaign management abilities
A self-starter mindset with reliable follow-through
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally, including some evenings or weekends
