Eligibility Specialist

We are seeking an experienced

• Eligibility and Enrollment Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• with deep knowledge of
• Medicare and Medicaid programs
• . This role will provide expertise in eligibility and enrollment processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices to support healthcare programs and initiatives.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Serve as the primary expert on
• Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policies
• , regulations, and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret federal and state guidelines to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on eligibility and enrollment workflows, system functionality, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance member enrollment accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices related to eligibility and enrollment.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to business operations.
• Assist in audits, quality assurance, and reporting related to eligibility and enrollment activities.

This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
