Scrum Master with Agile Experience

A company is looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong healthcare background.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams toward effective Agile adoption

Maintain RAID logs, identify and mitigate risks, and report to Program Managers and stakeholders

Manage project budgeting and financial tracking while partnering with Product Owners to align sprint goals with business priorities

Required Qualifications

5-8 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Proven experience in healthcare claims systems or related projects

Background delivering direct-to-consumer or self-service tools

Strong Agile coaching skills and ability to guide teams through process improvements

Detail-oriented and proactive approach to improving healthcare technology through Agile delivery
