SR DISTRIBUTION ANALYST

Job Summary

The primary duty of this position is to provide more complex analytical support for a broader team. Duties include compiling, organizing, and interpreting data used to inform and engage senior leaders from each of our stakeholders. Position will also include responsibility to manage tactical distributors and / or tactical elements of strategic relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Develop category plans, joint business plans and presentations for key strategic meetings for assigned distributors.
• Complete budget forecasting and tracking of revenue against plan.
• Conduct income analysis, make forecast changes or perform any other duties supporting category income drivers for assigned distributors.
• Participate in monthly vendor AR calls and maximize distributor payment terms per Compass working capital goals.
• Trains specialists on processes, procedures, and reporting options.
• Develop tools and processes that help to drive value in contracting, conversion, and revenue generation.
• Complete ad hoc analysis, market trends, marketing / communication opportunities and analysis.
• Develop communication and implementation of program updates adhering to processes and timelines.
• Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations as they relate to contract optimization.
• Communicates term set updates to operations.
