Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents
Collaborate with agents to identify growth opportunities and create actionable strategies
Conduct regular visits to understand agent needs and drive premium growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field (preferred)
10+ years of experience in insurance sales, relationship management, or agency development
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain as needed)
Deep understanding of the insurance industry and independent agents
Experience working with high-performing independent agents and agency networks
