What the day will look like

The Head of US Analytics is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, innovation, and business growth across Aon's US Reinsurance Actuarial and Cat Modeling teams. We are looking for a dynamic executive who has experience in analytics leadership, client engagement, and talent development. You will lead a high-performing analytics organization, develop cross-functional collaboration, and champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Define and implement the U.S. analytics strategy aligned with Aon's business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through data innovation, predictive modeling, and actionable insights.
• Evaluate performance using advanced metrics and analytics frameworks to advise strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation for analytics initiatives across U.S. markets.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $300,000 to $400,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
