Baptist Health, Northeast Florida’s most preferred health system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team at Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt. This practice serves a vibrant community just outside the metro area, offering a supportive environment and a strong referral network across six award-winning hospitals.

What You Can Expect :

Competitive guaranteed base of $260,000+ (based on experience)

$20,000 signing bonus and year-two retention bonus

Average of 18–22 patients per day

Shared call schedule

Epic EHR system

Qualifications :

MD / DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Active / unrestricted medical license

3–4 years of experience preferred
