The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial functions and spearhead the next phase of company growth. This pivotal role is focused on managing all aspects of the firm's financial operations, including strategic financial planning, capital allocation, and investor relations. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive financial strategy to accelerate profitability and ensure the company's financial health.

You will be instrumental in driving sustainable financial growth, building a high-performing, data-driven finance team, and making a direct impact on the company's trajectory in a highly visible role. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market leadership.

  • Drive the entire financial cycle, from due diligence and portfolio management to investor relations and financial reporting.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives and resource allocation.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast performance, measure returns, and optimize financial effectiveness.
  • Act as a key external representative, engaging with top-tier clients and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence and close key deals.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. Candidates with a successful history of leading and scaling finance teams in parallel sectors such as public accounting, private equity, or B2B services will also be strongly considered.
