Overview

As the

Material

Planner

for

Utilimaster (an Aebi Schmidt Group Brand) based in Landisville, PA,

you wil

l be

accountable for monitor

ing

production schedules, managing supplier relationships, optimizing

inventory levels, and managing

work orders to ensure a smooth flow of materials from fabrication to production.

Core Responsibilities

Manage supplier performance and resolve delivery issues

Coordinate engineering changes and production schedules

Analyze MRP data to generate accurate supplier releases

Maintain optimal inventory levels through PO adjustments

Monitor and update supplier lead times for system accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies

Support packaging initiatives and logistics cost control

Identify and mitigate risks related to parts shortages

Issue, track, and manage work orders to support production

Assist with monitoring inventory levels

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business, preferred  or equivalent materials planning experience in a manufacturing setting

3 or more (3+) years of material planning expertise in a manufacturing setting

Understanding production schedules in a linear assembly environment, preferred

A track record of constructing and guiding cross-functional teams

A reputation for being versatile, flexible, and attentive to detail within constantly changing priorities

Proficient with Microsoft 365, ERP experience helpful

Proven ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deliver on time
