As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong, visible presence throughout the premises. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to help create a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do :

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, patients, staff, and / or the public while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random security-related patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
  • Observe and report security-related concerns, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols or while on post.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site staff, and first responders as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities including access control, evacuation guidance, and / or incident documentation.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and assist individuals as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required as mandated by the client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
