Job description

Situated in the coastal oasis of Monterey, CA, this outpatient family medicine clinic is seeking to hire a BE / BC family medicine physician to join their team.

With a 4-day work week and no call or weekend requirements, this opportunity allows you more time to spend exploring the beautiful community of Monterey.

Position Details -

  • 4-or-5 day work week.
  • 18-20 patients per day.
  • Spanish-speaking population, bilingual preferred.
  • Leadership and mentorship opportunities available.
  • 2025 graduates welcome to apply.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $250,000-$260,000, up to $300,000 in student loan assistance, housing assistance, 5 weeks of PTO, and relocation and signing bonuses.
