Are you passionate about architecting solutions that unify customer data, personalization, content, and measurement to drive impactful marketing strategies and enhance customer experiences?
We are looking for a Solution Architect Customer Data & Marketing Technology to define and deliver scalable, secure, and future?ready architectures. In this role, youll lead the design of solutions across Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation (Email / SMS / Push), CMS / DAM, AdTech, and Analytics ecosystems.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, Data Science, and vendor partners to enable Customer 360, real?time personalization, ML?driven decision making, closed?loop measurement, and omnichannel engagement. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly shape how we connect with customers and measure impact on a scale.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
Work Experiences
6+ years of experience in solution architecture, customer data, marketing technology, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in an architecture discipline, preferably in retail.Proven expertise in CDP (COTS or in?house), customer MDM, CRM / loyalty systems, and Customer 360 solutions.Experience designing architectures for personalization, ML decisioning, loyalty programs, closed?loop measurement, and attribution.Hands?on experience with marketing automation platforms (ESP / SMS / Push) integrated with customer data and analytics platforms.End?to?end experience across the MarTech and AdTech stack, spanning CDP / MDM, personalization engines, paid media platforms, analytics, and attribution.Background integrating CMS / DAM platforms with personalization and engagement ecosystems.Skilled in high?volume, high?velocity data ingestion architectures (batch and streaming).Experience working with Data Science teams to operationalize ML models into customer?facing workflows.Exposure to AI?driven engagement, automation, and GenAI considered a plus.Skills
Proficiency with MarTech / AdTech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and automation platforms.Strong technical knowledge in :Identity resolution : First part, HybridAdTech / Media : paid media platforms, attribution frameworks, RMN.Cloud Platforms : GCP preferred (AWS / Azure acceptable).Data Platforms : Data Lakes, Warehouses, Lakehouse patterns, structured / unstructured DBs.Data Analytics & AI / GenAI : enabling predictive, prescriptive, and generative applications.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business and executive stakeholders.Strong problem?solving, creativity, and ability to balance technical rigor with business value.Responsibilities
