Join our Transcom Family as a Bilingual English and French-Canadian Customer Service Advisor ! You\'ll be the friendly voice of our client to support their customers with answering questions about products, explaining changes in product formulations, informing customers about similar products and making recommendations, handling safety reports about products, communicating with influencers and partners interested in collaboration or product samples, monitoring and recording user feedback to improve services and products.

Must live and work in one of the following states :
AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV. We have a site in Greenville, South Carolina. We cannot accept remote applicants within 50 miles of the Greenville site.
Work at Home Requirements :
Transcom provides an all-in-one computer, monitor, and headset. The computer contains a built-in webcam for training and meetings.You must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment during your scheduled shift.Your home office must be a private room with a door (not a shared space).Your monitor should not face a window if the office is on a ground floor.Your home office must have a hardwired DSL, Fiber, or Cable Internet connection.Dial up, Wireless, Mobile Hotspot, or Satellite internet cannot be used.Minimum internet speeds : download 20 Mbps, upload 3 Mbps, ping less than 100 ms.A dedicated home computer is preferred for assessments, but a provided computer is available if hired.What Life at Transcom is like!
