Senior Project Manager

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and manage projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Jira, Jira Align, and working in a SAFe environment. A PMP certification is preferred. The role involves managing a team ensuring efficient project delivery within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using Jira / Jira Align, ensuring alignment with SAFe methodology.
• Team Management : Lead a team of 6-7 members across various groups, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements, deliver updates, and manage expectations.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance : Implement best practices in project management to maintain high-quality standards and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote continuous improvement practices within the team and across projects.

Qualifications

As part of our hiring process, all candidates must undergo a background check in accordance with applicable law, which will include identity verification and employment eligibility. The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $131,786, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
