Our leading real estate investment firm is looking for a property manager. The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, preparing budgets and processing financial matters, and attending board meetings (day or evening).
This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.

Compensation :
$58,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
- Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
- Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction
- Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads / leases
Client Onboarding & Retention
Assist property owners in onboarding new properties into managementBuild long-term relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and performanceProvide regular updates and reports to property ownersLeasing & Marketing
Market rental listings using MLS, syndication platforms, and social mediaCoordinate showings and screen prospective tenantsDraft and execute lease agreementsMaximize occupancy and rental income for clientsTenant Management
Handle tenant communications professionally and efficientlyManage lease renewals and rent increasesEnforce lease terms and coordinate with legal teams if necessaryMaintenance Coordination
Receive and process maintenance requestsSchedule vendors and contractors for repairsEnsure timely completion and quality control of maintenance workFinancial Oversight
Track rent collection and follow up on delinquenciesReview owner statements and property financialsAssist owners in budgeting and financial planning for their assetsCompliance & Documentation
Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal housing lawsMaintain organized records of leases, inspections, notices, and communicationsStay current with fair housing laws and property management best practicesBusiness Development
Upsell property management services to existing sales clientsIdentify new opportunities for portfolio growthNetwork with real estate investors and landlordsCollaboration & Training
