Join the team at one of Nashville's most vibrant apartment communities! Were looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Maintenance supervisor whos ready to bring energy, skill, and care to our residents daily experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

As our Maintenance supervisor, you'll be the go-to hero for anything that needs fixing, upgrading, or improving. No two days are the same one day its fixing a leaky faucet, the next its replacing an AC unit or painting a freshly turned apartment. Youll work closely with our friendly property management team to ensure that every resident at the community feels safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Youll also assist in maintaining our community pool, so CPO certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

• Responding quickly and professionally to maintenance requests from residents.
• Tackling repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, and more.
• Prepping vacant units to be move-in ready (painting, touch-ups, cleaning).
• Maintaining the propertys pool in compliance with safety and health standards.
• Keeping the property looking great inside and out.
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Working with outside vendors and service techs when needed.
