Senior Credit Policy Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Policy Specialist to ensure compliance and clarity in credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on credit policy, providing guidance to stakeholders

Monitor updates from agencies and regulators to maintain accurate and compliant policies

Translate complex guidance into clear, actionable policies and resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

4+ years of underwriting and / or credit policy experience

Solid knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Non-QM guidelines

Familiarity with FHA Connection and WebLGY

Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe PDF Editor
