About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : Active RN License required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have :

Strong preference for experience with EPIC charting system.

Experience with Electrophysiology procedures such as arrhythmia induction and cardioversion.

Experience with insertion / programming of Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators (AICDs) and pacemaker insertion.

Description :

The Registered Nurse will work in the Electrophysiology Lab.

The unit has a daily census of 4 patients.

The registered nurse will provide care to patients across various age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Common equipment includes Philips imaging systems and Abbott Claris mapping systems.

The position does not require weekend coverage or call duties.

The registered nurse will participate in procedures and administer procedural sedation monitoring.

Interdisciplinary support will be available from teams including IV, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Candidates must submit references from previous positions held in the last year.

The position is not accepting local candidates within a 75-mile radius.

The position does not allow for pending licenses.

All candidates are expected to have a clean work history without gaps exceeding 30 days.

Candidates must provide documentation for all degrees earned including area of study, institution details, and type of degree.

Any cancellation of the assignment must be communicated with appropriate notice.
