The Lending Strategies Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing key projects within our lending departments, with an emphasis on user and access management for specific vendor platforms like Experian, DocuSign, CSC, and Core Logic (Cotality).
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee user access and permissions for lending-related systems and vendor platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Support adherence to established access management protocols.
Collaborate with vendors, including Experian and DocuSign, addressing troubleshooting issues and integration challenges.
Engage in various projects within the Lending Strategies department, ensuring timely adherence to project objectives.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in a relevant field.
1 - 3 years of client services experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze and resolve network issues.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and quick to learn new systems.
Experience with vendors such as Experian, DocuSign, CSC, Core Logic (Cotality), nCino, and Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation :
The estimated salary range for this position is $42,000-$55,000, with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on individual qualifications, skills, and experiences.
