Immediate Open Heart Recovery Experience (Patients come directly off the OR table to ICU) - Required, preferably 3 years of recent experience

Well-versed in Swan-Ganz catheter care and maintenance is a must as well for our hemodynamic monitoring of this patient population

BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required

TNCC - Highly Preferred

NIHSS - Required

Must float to all units within skill level - Required
