What are expected ratios? Between 15-17 patients per MHA

Special requirements : EPIC EXP REQ; This position is for a MHA (mental health associate) who do milieu management, safety checks, direct patient care, vitals, CBG, admission assistance, helping patients with ADL / toiletting / bathing / etc Would like MHA background or experience, appreciate CNA 1 or 2 but not mandatory.
