Role Overview :
The Customer Solutions Training Manager develops, implements, and oversees strategic training and enablement programs that drive customer success and business value realization in the data processing, eDiscovery, and investigations domain. This role combines training excellence with business development acumen, serving as both an educator and strategic advisor who works closely with customer service, sales, and product teams. The ideal candidate understands that tailored training is not merely a support function but a key differentiator and revenue opportunity. This manager will identify customer needs, design bespoke training solutions, champion adoption initiatives, and build trusted relationships that generate customer advocacy and expansion opportunities.
Role Location :
This position will be based in our Herndon, co-located with Sales and CS teams. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement tailored training solutions : Create and manage specialized training content and programs that address specific customer workflows, use cases, and business challenges in eDiscovery and investigations. Ensure programs align with educational strategies, company goals, and measurable customer outcomes.
Drive customer onboarding and adoption : Lead comprehensive onboarding processes and product adoption programs that accelerate time-to-value, maximize feature utilization, and establish customers as champions of the solutions.
Identify business development opportunities : Assess customer maturity, identify capability gaps, and proactively recommend training initiatives and advanced programs that drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue. Position training as a strategic value-add that deepens customer relationships. Manage the pipeline and forecast of the training business.
Position training as a professional service offering : Work with sales and marketing to develop, package, and position customized training programs as standalone or complementary service offerings. Help customers understand the ROI of tailored training investments.
Collaborate across teams : Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product development, and delivery teams to align training efforts, gather customer feedback, and ensure training initiatives support broader business objectives.
Enhance program quality and techniques : Research and implement innovative training methodologies, technologies, and platforms to continually improve program effectiveness, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes.
Measure impact and drive continuous improvement : Monitor training program effectiveness through customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes. Provide strategic recommendations for program enhancements and scaling successful initiatives.
Build customer and partner relationships and advocacy : Develop deep relationships with training participants and stakeholders to understand evolving needs, establish credibility, and generate customer references and testimonials that support sales efforts.
