Job descriptionBasic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to perform physically demanding, routine tasks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Applicants who can drive a manual and big trucks are apriority for us at Lewellyn's sealcoating. Experience : No prior experience required on-the-job training provided. License : Must possess a valid driver's license upon employment to operate company vehicles. If unlicensed, driving any company vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Purpose of Classification
The Laborer / Sealcoater performs manual labor related to asphalt maintenance and construction. This is an entry-level, unskilled position that provides essential support on job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by cleaning and setting up materials.
- Apply crack filling materials to asphalt and concrete surfaces.
- Perform sealcoating on streets, driveways, parking lots.
- Patch and repair asphalt.
- Place and retrieve barricades and caution signage.
- Drive company trucks (if licensed) and assist with unloading materials and equipment.
- Provide general labor support.
- Install temporary fencing and job site safety signage.
- Clean up job sites, trucks, and tools after work is complete.
- Assist in loading equipment and tools for daily projects.
