About the Role
The Company is seeking an Operating Partner to take on a pivotal role in leading a team and managing the performance and operations of their restaurant(s). The successful candidate will be responsible for key financial, staffing, and brand decisions, including managing profit and loss, overseeing financial tasks, and ensuring the restaurant meets safety and operational standards. This role involves attracting and retaining talent, executing operational plans, and maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and complaint resolution.
Key skills for the Operating Partner position at the company include budgeting, recruiting, coaching, and a strong background in restaurant operations. The role also requires a deep understanding of food safety, presentation skills, and labor law compliance. While not mandatory, a preferred qualification is an associate degree or equivalent work experience, along with at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with managers and market leaders to drive the business forward and will be instrumental in the rollout and adoption of new initiatives, products, and strategies.
