Adira Nursing and Rehab is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist, SLP to join our team.  At Adira our therapists are employees of the facility.  We value the input and direction that our therapists bring as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.  We work together for the best of the patients.  We are looking for that Speech Language Pathologist that is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of speech, cognition and dysphagia therapy.  Position can be part time or full time.  Plan to grow a trach caseload by years end.

We have a contract with mobile Fees as well as mobile MBS to work in collaboration with our Speech Language Pathologist team .  Additionally we have the ACP suite of modilities and SLP Tests and Measures.

The Speech Language Pathologist, SLP is responsible for direct speech therapy services to residents.  Duties include assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication.  Inservices to facility staff as needed.  The Speech Language Pathologist functions under physicians orders.
