The HubSpot Auditor plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of McBride Homes' CRM and marketing automation systems. This position ensures that sales and marketing teams are properly logging activity, managing leads, and following established workflows in HubSpot. The Auditor is responsible for data integrity, reporting accuracy, and dashboard performance tracking - helping leadership make informed decisions and continuously improve the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Audit daily HubSpot activity for all sales users, including notes, calls, emails, meetings, and tasks.Monitor lead status, deal stages, and pipeline accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards.Verify data integrity across contact, company, and deal records, ensuring accurate segmentation for marketing campaigns.Identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies in CRM usage, collaborating with team members to correct errors.Reporting & Dashboards
Build, maintain, and monitor HubSpot dashboards for sales performance, marketing engagement, and pipeline metrics.Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on CRM usage, sales activity, lead conversion, and marketing attribution.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to help optimize lead management, follow-up, and campaign ROI.Ensure all reports reflect accurate and timely data, supporting both the sales and marketing leadership teams.Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with the Marketing team to track lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and buyer behavior throughout the funnel.Audit lead lifecycle stages and marketing workflows to ensure automation is functioning correctly and contacts are properly nurtured.Support marketing in maintaining clean contact lists for email campaigns, retargeting, and audience segmentation.Identify areas where sales and marketing alignment can be strengthened through improved data and processes.Training & Support
Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to sales and marketing users on HubSpot best practices.Help onboard with new team members and reinforce compliance with McBride's CRM standards.Document processes and create user-friendly reference materials for consistent execution across teams.Qualifications
2–3 years of experience working in HubSpot or a similar CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)Strong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting tools, and workflow automationExperience building and interpreting dashboards and analytics reportsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughStrong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into insightsFamiliarity with sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and lead scoring modelsIntermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data review and exportsMcBride is an equal opportunity employer.
